Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup new cream (or privately procured)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup whipping cream (around 200g)
  • Optional: 2-3 drops chocolate core
  • Chocolate syrup for embellish

Instructions:

Boil Milk and Add Sugar: In a compartment, heat milk with the end result of bubbling. Blend in sugar until it separates. Add new cream and mix well, then, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Make Chocolate Mixture: In an alternate bowl, mix cornstarch and cocoa powder with water until smooth with next to no anomalies.

Combine Mixtures:

Void the chocolate mix into the milk mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to thicken, then, let it cool completely.

Whip Cream: Whip the whipping cream until fragile apexes structure. Wrinkle the cooled chocolate mix into the whipped cream until smooth.

Freeze:

Fill an impermeable holder. Cover with spread paper to hinder ice valuable stones, then freeze for now.

Serve: Scoop and fixing with chocolate syrup. Value rich specially crafted chocolate frozen yogurt!
